Volunteering

Volunteer cooperation and assistance are vital to the success of our festival.

The primary duty of our volunteers is to ensure the safety of our students. Duties may include escorting student groups to their classes, workshops, practice rooms, and restrooms. The Volunteer Coordinator will always be available to assist, if needed.

One of the benefits of being a volunteer is that you get to watch and listen to these budding young artists as they mature in ways that will benefit them as they go through life: artistry, as they learn from the masters, camaraderie, as they interact with the other students.

As a side benefit, if you’re a music lover, volunteering provides a great opportunity to enjoy great music and learn from the coaching of our master teachers. Essentially, while keeping our children safe, a volunteer is attending no-cost masterclasses given by great artists.

As a volunteer, you play an integral role in our students’ personal growth. The Arizona Piano Institute greatly appreciates the generous and gracious contribution of your time and talents.

When you register, you will be asked for your contact information as well as which days you wish to volunteer during the Summer Festival. It is important that you keep the email reply from the form, as it will provide you with a link you can use at any time to change and update your schedule.
